Sampling Revelstoke’s delicious array of standout culinary options, it might be hard to believe this is a mountain community of fewer than 10,000 people.

Yet strolling among the colourful buildings of this river-side community nestled between the Selkirk and Monashee Mountain Ranges, Revelstoke serves up a food scene reflective of the town’s vibrant spirit.

From cosy cafés pouring freshly roasted coffee to accompany homemade pastries to upscale restaurants showcasing locally sourced ingredients with creative flair, here’s some of the best local spots to fuel your travels and indulge your taste buds.
